Less-Than-Catalog Minimum: If your order is below the minimum order quantity in the catalog, please contact us.
Above-Catalog Quantities: If you want to order above the quantities listed in the catalog, please contact us for pricing and availability.
Over/Under Runs: 5% over/under may occur. All quantities produced are shipped and invoiced.
Product Uniformity: We cannot guarantee that the uniformity of a product's color, design, texture, and/or density will remain consistent because they may vary with inventory replenishments. In addition, imprint consistency cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of hand eye coordination of printed items.

Custom Shape/Color and Non-Stock Products: We offer design services for custom and non-stock products, which are typically manufactured overseas.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice plus any art and production costs incurred up to the time of cancellation will be charged.
Establishing Credit: A credit application is required to establish terms for new accounts, and new account holders may have to prepay up to 100% of their first order, including freight, until credit terms are established.
Producing Your Order
Production Time: The production time for catalog quantities is 3-5 business days, but additional time may be required for complex designs or multi-color logos, pending stock availability, production capacity, seasonality, artwork review, and credit approval.
Rush Production: Rush production services are available for most products and imprinting methods; please contact us for availability and pricing.
Same-Day, 1-Day, and 2-Day: Expedited production may be available for Same-Day, 1-Day, and 2-Day rush orders, pending stock availability, production capacity, seasonality, artwork review, and proof approval.
Managing Your Artwork
Artwork E-Mail: You can submit digital art files to support@blueursa.com and include your P.O. number and company name in the subject line.
Recreating Artwork: Recreating artwork costs US $50.00 (G) per hour, and art charges are quoted in advance. We assume that authorization for the use of brands and intellectual property has been obtained for all provided artwork prior to our work.
Imprint Size: The artwork will be sized to the maximum imprint area of the product ordered unless otherwise requested. The orientation of some designs may cause the artwork to be resized and smaller than the imprint area.
Typesetting: Typesetting charges are US $15.00 (G) for straight type and US $25.00 (G) for curved type or font matching. One typesetting charge per order. Normal setup charges apply.
Vector Artwork: Please submit your artwork in vector in the following file formats: .eps, .ai, or PDF. For optimal imprinting results and design integrity, submit your fonts converted to outlines or paths.
Multi-Color Artwork Files: For multi-color artwork, please provide a composite representation for imprinting and registration accuracy.
Additional Imprinting Charges
Ink Color Change: US $20.00 (G) per change.
Metallic Ink Imprints: Due to packaging requirements, there is a US $0.20 (G) per item fee for bulk packed items imprinted with metallic inks.
PMS Matching: An exact PMS color cannot be guaranteed due to variances in product colors and surfaces, but we strive to create the closest equivalent possible. A charge of US $20.00 (G) per color, per order, is required for PMS imprint colors.
Stock Imprinting Colors
PROOFS AND CONFIRMATIONS
An art proof is provided for every imprinted order, except for Exact Re-orders, Same-Day, 1-Day, and 2-Day rush orders. Approval of your proof is required before we schedule production and ship dates.
Edits to Proofs: One proof revision is provided at no charge after the initial proof is completed. Any additional revisions may incur a charge of US $10.00 (G) per edit.
We will provide an art proof for 3-Day and 4-Day Rush Orders unless "Proof Waived" is specifically requested on your P.O.
Proofs for Pre Production (PPP), Spec & Digital Samples: A purchase order is required for these projects. Any applicable production and art charges will apply. Digital proofs will be charged an additional US $25.00 (G) processing fee. This charge also applies to any requested revisions to digital proofs.
Virtual & Mockup Proofs: A purchase order is not required, however charges may apply based on design complexity, the quantity of products and any requested design modifications. A PDF with logo placement is provided as your mockup proof.
PACKING & SHIPPING
Shipping Methods: We use UPS, FedEx, or truck line for shipping, and third-party shipping services are allowed at no extra charge.
Third-Party Shipping: No charge for using third-party shipping services. Complete billing information is required for all orders shipping on a 3rd party shipper account.
Returns & Claims: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery (for either blank or imprint products) before returning any merchandise. A US $32.00 (G) restocking fee may apply for blank goods.
Drop/Split Shipments: US $10.00 (G) per address after first address, plus applicable freight charges. A US $32.00 (G) repackaging fee applies for split addresses not provided with the initial P.O.
Inaccurate Shipping Address/Account Info: US $32.00 (G) per destination plus additional carrier charges per package, per corrected address.
"Dangerous Goods" Air Shipments:
Lithium-Ion Batteries: All of our Power Banks which contain lithium-ion batteries are classified as “dangerous goods” due to their potential instability at higher altitudes. A US $66.25 (G) handling charge per carton will apply to all air shipments. Contact us for international shipping details.
International Shipments
Shipments To Canada: All orders into Canada are shipped duties/taxes, freight and brokerage fees pre-paid, unless otherwise noted on your P.O. or when an alternative shipper account number is provided.
Destinations Outside the USA and Canada: Contact us for details as additional charges and/or restrictions will apply. We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to clearing processes through customs.
